I've been wanting a software that would do this for 24 years now, and I finally stumbled across this. Darkens everything but the window your working on. You can click on the taskbar and the whole screen dims with just the taskbar lighted. This program comes in real handy at night. Very little resources used. I haven't fooled with the options yet, I don't think I need to. I wouldn't know how to anyway, since it doesn't explain how to set them, or I may be stupid. Anyways I love it.
