For two weeks I have been struggling to connect my newly acquired NAS to my Win 10 PC via an iiNet modemrouter. All I wanted was to be able to map the NAS remote files with a local drive letter. I must have read EVERY Google hit on the subject all to no avail.
I delved into all sorts of unknown territory such as Port Forwarding, SMB etc. plus support from my suppliers.
From my Google searches I found (and read the reviews), downloaded and installed WebDrive which, after answering a few questions worked! My O: drive now points to the NAS. Just what I wanted! The software was true to its reviews.
I am sure that WebDrive can do many other miraculous functions but my very simply need has been met.
