I had a program listed in my program list that would neither install or uninstall. I went through the registry but there was no record of it. I ran IOBit Uninstaller, which also failed to uninstall the program. However, there was a forced uninstall feature listed, so I ran it. That uninstalled the program (Nero 7 Premium) and also cleaned all registry links. Perfect. Price: Free
