Even though development stopped already a while ago, ClipMate still is by far the best clipboard manager. From my point of view: THE standard.
Likely because there are so many 'free' Clipboard managers available, users are hardly willing to pay for this software. As it stands now, Thornsoft will not come up with a new version.
I have compared many tools but haven't found one that really comes close to ClipMate. Maybe ClipCache Pro (payware) but apart from some really minor updates, the last major release was back in 2010.
I do like an 'explorer' like interface.
