Does exactly what it says, free and simple 5 stars
My computer (it's old) started acting its age and the clock slowed down, way down. I got an error trying to update the time with the Windows clock. It said it couldn't start the time service, although I could start it manually. There were no messages in the event log and Microsoft's "Fix it" didn't. I downloaded NetTime because it claimed to be exactly what I wanted. An easy, small, in the background time sync. And the promise is fulfilled. And it's free! I love it. Price: Free
