Love this program. Works great, most of the time. Occasionally, it will lose connection and I will not see the other computers in the network. One of my computers crashed. I re-installed popmessenger, but lost the license code. According to leadmind.com, an email to tech support with all purchase info would get them to email me the lost code.
However, after 4 emails to tech support, and one email to sales, I have yet to get a replacement code. Therefore, don't lose your license code! Great product, but lousy support.
