I like bufferZone, but it does need a little help from the person using it. When your computer has booted up, and before you have done anything else, you need to right click its icon, and tell it to "unload." If you fail to do so, things will start going wrong. Your computer may lock up. I unplugged mine, and it was not damaged. Since that adventure I have always remembered to "unload" BufferZone. I think it really does make Firefox run a little faster.
