SoundTaxi is the fastest working converter I tried. The 4.3.8 version works smooth, no bugs detected. DRM removing feature is simply fantastic, and combined with high converting speedbatch conversions all this makes the application worth every dollar paid for it.
About their support I can say that the tech support team answered the next day, but I received really helpful assistance (upgraded my OS, so old license stopped working with new system ID. I asked for another license code to install on the newest OS and they kindly provided me with it for absolutely free of charge).
I recommend SoundTaxi to anybody, because it really works! My friends and everybody I know using it are glad they do. SoundTaxi rules!
