GOOD
1) It allows blocking websites by keywords in the URL. For instance, I want to block the addictive game Dicewars. I can tell it to block any website with "Dice" or "Dicewars" in the URL. This is most helpful, because new sites with this game keep popping up all over.
BAD
1) It gives lots of false positives. For example, www.TheStreet.com, which is a website for investors, is blocked because it has "Adult content."
2) Customer support is nil. I have notified them of several such mistakes. Months later, those mistakes are still there. I get the idea they are a very small company with just a few employees, unable to keep up with the internet.
