I have used this program before on CRW files when I had a Canon 300D... but now I have upgraded to a 550D and taking shots in CR2 format, the program doesn't work so well.
After conversion all the images are cut down to an extreme portrait size and they all come out shocking pink. I have tried it on two versions of windows, Vista and 7, but both react the same.
It is a shame as this was a staple program for me.
