I have been using this resizer for years and recently got a new computer. I did a search to see if any others look good and even after checking the list here, I felt Mihov's is the best by far. What I like best is that (1) the tabs are organized so you can decide which kind of picture to resize; just the fact that this is necessary is great, too, as many others deal in only jpgs. And (2) I like that I can use this same utility to change the picture type, like from .bmp to .jpg for instance, rather than having to do that elsewhere and then still use a resizer. All-in-all, this one's a winner. Price: Free
