For a very low price, the features are excellent with easy import of my eBay account and real-time updating. I can track stock, sales ledger and paypal activity all in one place. Not only that, I can see my top sellers, worst sellers and run reports to my hearts content!
There were some features that I wanted, and I contacted customer support. I have never come across better and more focused customer support. The features I wanted were done within 24 hours and constant updates made me aware of progress every step of the way.
For a program like this I would expect to pay exorbitant rates, and the support and features far outweigh the very small cost of this product. I will certainly recommend it to everyone, it's a fantastic piece of kit for any shop owner!
