This program is much easier to use than looking up Alt-key codes and the F-8 key is very convenient. I don't even have to look at what I'm doing because I quickly got used to how many times I had to hit F-8 and it was usually only once or twice. I wasn't able to use AX in my spreadsheet because F-8 is already used by that program. I will probably still use Ctrl-apostrophe for a basic accent over a vowel when I'm in Word, but I'll have AX open for most other accents and for non-Word programs. I chose to save it on shortcuts and opted out of having it starting with the computer.
