Excellent Utility but there is a definite learning curve to it.
The Raster to Vector capability here is a rarity in a freeware program, and it does a great job as well.
It tends to get a bit sluggish when it gets too congested with vectors.
I'd recomend this program to anyone wanting to make vector graphics.
