CDClone 3.9 (Free version) installed easily. The interface was simple and streight forward so it would be hard to mess anything up. It recognized my internal and USB hard drives right away.
What they don't tell you is that: 1- you have to clone to a larger HD than the original, and 2- to copy an 80GB HD will run for about 2.5 weeks (440+ hrs). I thought this might be an exaggerated estimate that would drop as the copy went on, but after 114 hrs (310 remaining) I called it quits and went back to searching for HD copy tools.
