Has a very flexible means of establishing the criteria for notifying page changes. You can simply add a whole page or add starting and finishing text to check. Works well with Firefox Add-on Hyper-Anchor. There are no false notifications like Site Delta. It annoyingly has no means of changing the default browser from Internet Explorer to Firefox when opening help files and page URL's. It also displays an error screen which is difficult to clear. DarrenWalker said he could not find any contact for the author. There is a contact email in the help files although it is difficult to find. At the moment this is the only free notification software that I can recommend. I moved from Site Delta because it provided so many false notifications. I tried another program but that eventually stopped working. It provides a very clear and flexible means of setting the check points within a particular page. I only wish there was a means of configuring it to change the default browser. Price: Free
