Very effective and reliable 5 stars
Have been using this for some months now, very effective and reliable. Can have speakers off while recording. An auto recording level option exists so no need to fine-adjust the volume with every recoding start - an invaluable feature. In trial mode, up to 96 kbps MP3 recording from your sound card is possible for unlimited recording duration. This quality level I find adequate for the car. Might go to the full version (can record to WMA, OGG and on timed schedule), a 20% price drop would have clinched it. Price: Free Trial ($29.95)
