Support can't answer questions properly 3 stars
The product seems to be good but they only provide email support and support cannot answer your questions properly. The answers are so far off from what I asked `twice"` that I gave on this product after buying it and spending hours transferring all my information to it. Now I have to transfer it back to Mozilla Thunderbird . FYI, this product is not an email client and is only an information manager. You cannot select multiple recipients for one email. It uses an external email client if you have one set up on your local PC. It is not compatible with online email systems. Price: Free Trial ($39.95)
