Excellent for batch scanning 4 stars
I use this program primarily for driving my CanonScan scanner in batch mode. It is in fact the only freeware I could find that do batch scanning, i.e. you don't have to start the program for every scan. Quite time saving when you have hundreds and hundreds of negative films. The autosaving function in JPEG is of high level. While MyViewPad is scanning I can use another program to edit the scan. Only annoying thing is that I have not find a way to save my default settings. Price: Free
