Compared to Flash Animation, this is genius! (And so easy-to-use!)
I'd say the only other things Pivot should have is:
1. An Undo button (pressing Delete all the time gets a bit annoying) and
2. A slide 'edge' like in Powerpoint so you can control characters off of the screen as well!
