My sister is computer-retarded so I need to help her remotely with projects. We tried GoToMyPC for the trial period and it worked great, but we didn't want to spend the $15/month. I investigated alternatives and CrossLoop worked great too. The installation was error-free on both computers and the interface is simple for my sister. She just chooses to Share, calls me with her access code, I choose to Connect using her access code, then within a minute I can see her screen. The CrossLoop settings also allow you to change the image quality to Low for faster speeds, which I prefer. I've used it 5 times already with no errors. I'd recommend it to other computer techs that remotely support family or customers. Price: Free
