The interface and document naming scheme is exactly what I was looking for, and it works well. The batch scanning feature is much better than far more expensive products. However, I have a new Xerox Documate 152 scanner, which is a duplex scanner, and although Paper Valet is supposed to support this, it does not seem to. I have filled out a customer support form on the website and emailed, with no response to either in over a week. I have paid and registered, and although the price is only $25, I would expect a response. Fortunately, I don't need the duplex feature too often, but still....
