Jacek Pazera has put together a great and free software for getting your AVIs converted to sync with your Zune. I have a Zune 30 and wanted to get some videos onto it for a flight, and after using trial versions I found `Free Zune Video Converter`. Works GREAT for AVIs, easy to select pre-configured output settings or adjust to your own liking. The Audio/Video streams are in sync on the output which was a big problem I was running into with my other converter. I highly recommend this package for getting your videos onto your Zune. I'm also going to post this onto the ZuneBoards which surprisingly didn't mention this software. Thank you Jacek!
