If you have visited any of the Vista tweaking sites, or bought any of the Vista books, you don't need this program. The English in the interface is not stellar, and description of what each task actually does is minimal. It look pretty, and it offers an array of options, but for almost everything you're better off using the online or printed tweaks. The only thing I found in it that I have not found on my own was putting an IE icon on the desktop (and I'm a Firefoxer anyway).
But hey, it's free. If you're not comfortable looking up tweaks and knowing the reasons why/why not to use them, and you trust this minimally documented program to alter some Vista settings for you, go ahead.
