I was looking for a program to create autorun cd's and purchased CD FrontEnd. When I received the product I quickly discovered that yes, although it worked flawlessly on my computer, it was nothing more than a fancy E-book creator. When I wrote to customer support, (in Rome, Italy) I was told there are no refunds - period.
After several emails to their payment processor Shareit, I was told by CD FrontEnd that I could get a partial 60% refund If I sent a registered letter with a form they provided with a sworn statement that I have destroyed my copy of their software on my computer, with an included guaranty stamp from my bank, and sent this to their address in Rome, Italy within ten day window, I would receive 60% of my money back.
If you want a fancy Ebook creator, CD FrontEnd is a decent choice. If you want to create autorun CD's, keep looking.

Hi! I am sorry but we are not in Rome - maybe you purchased something else.
Also, with the product you can create not just simple CD menus, but also complex CDs (there are more than 5000 features); you can as well add protection.
