PSPad has many many useful features for a free editor. It is developed by Codegear (subsidiary of Borland) Delphi so although I'm familiar with it from day one as a former Delphi developer, if you have other editors/IDE's background, it may not familiar (shortcuts etc.) to you at first, but it is certainly worth to try for everyone who deal with programming/web on windows.
