Definitely superior to Acrobat Reader in many ways. However, it does not integrate with IE, so if this is important to you, it cannot replace Acrobat Reader. I had also hoped it would allow you to merge PDF files and delete pages. There is a menu option for deleting pages, but it is disabled. Online help says it has been disabled but should be working by summer 2007. Sept. 2007 version upgrade still does not work. You can buy a separate Tools program to work manipulate pages, but the interface is unwieldy. You cannot view the pages you are deleting or adding while you are doing those functions. This makes mistakes much easier. But as far as reviewing documents, marking up documents, or filling out PDF forms, the program works just great. Price: Free
