Set Windows volume to maximum once for all then adjust volume with Sound Lock. This is especially useful if you watch movies which always need maximum volume then trash you ears when you are back to music listening.
Just remember to reduce volume control as Sound Lock will be temporarily disabled when you shutdown Windows or run Audacity.
