Slightly quirky and amateurish interface, but steadily improving, especially on the speed front. New features also from time to time.
Customer support helpful and usually prompt.
Infrequent bug fixes, and updates usually require paying a small fee.
Most of the alternatives seem to be more expensive with no great advantages.

Been using this for years. Great way of moving files around the place. It could use the ability to "nest" destinations, so that single lists don't get too long. But apart from that, this really is one of the more useful small utilities around. Wipes the floor with Windows`s own "Send To" and other built in features.

If you can work out how to use it, Flashget does a lot of neat things, like organizing your downloads and keeping a database of your stuff. Works well with the "Flashgot" extension in Firefox. Not always happy with Rapidshare. Regular updates.
