It started out looking great. Then I realized I couldn't get to my remote desktop because it sets up with a default rule that blocks almost everything. I removed the rule and everything started working great. Then it started asking for access from programs I had already given access and checked the box to remember my answer. Then the next time the program needed access it would ask again. I never remembers which programs are supposed to be granted access. It drove me nuts so I had to uninstall it. Price: Free
