Looks good with plenty of sophisticated features. However having set up controls the fun began with the database. No direct import from Outlook. Having manually entered large number of entries and backed up, I took a well earned rest. On reopening, the database was said to be corrupted! No problem I thought, I'll restore having backed up. But no, the backup was corrupted as well, despite opening perfectly with Excel. Again no problem their site claims "Guaranteed customer satisfaction". However they have neither acknowledged nor replied to my frantic e-mails. I can only say that I have now subscribed another program which although slightly less sophisticated works perfectly, and I can import directly from Outlook. I personally dont want to take the risk of having a large mailing list "corrupted" or lost and have to start all over again with no support from the company. To be avoided at all costs.
