My biggest problem with this is: the sniper feature is server based (and, it's a 3rd party sniper service, called "ace sniper"). Although some people may like this, because your computer doesn't have to be on, i'd rather not give out my ebay password to be stored on somebody's insecure server. I want a sniper that resides only on my PC, therefore this software is not for people looking for a software-based sniper.
As far as the rest of the software, it's difficult to figure out. Although i only used it for a short time. It may be decent, once you figure it out, but it's not really intuitive.
