Get audacity - it is awesome... it is free 5 stars
I highly recommend Audacity. If you need to record or work with audio, get it. It's the best around for the price, and if you are into music and on a budget, this will get the job done. I have other high-end audio software, but sometimes they are just overkill for sketchpad song recording, or smaller tasks. I have successfully used it for years with no troubles. Get it. Use it.
