You cannot top this tool 5 stars
I've been using Audacity for years. You can't buy a better audio editor. True, the lame encoder is not included. To do that, they would have to license it, and Audacity wouldn't be free, would it? Search for lame.dll in another folder on your PC, or download from any of 100's of web sites. It's free for users, not for distribution. If you don't like Audacity, it's out of your league. Price: Free
