After cleaning up my step-sons computer that was loaded with over 200 trojans I couldn't get DHCP connections to work. IPSEC and many other services wouldn't start. Found this utility through a search and figured it was worth a try.
I am extremely happy I did!
After running this quick utility all of the services started working and DHCP was working again!
