Couldn't disagree with the other reviewer more. The app is a miserly 79k after install (yes the installer itself is bigger) -- how many bells and whistles can one expect? You do have to use a paint program to crop your image to a square *at least* 256x256 pixels and save as BMP; the developer has anticipated support for Windows Vista which uses 256x256px icons. Right-click on your BMP and select "Convert to Icon". You then click "Next" 4 times, name your ICO file and click "Finish". I want to point out that I am neither the developer, nor his/her fanboi: this app came as a breath of fresh air after installing/uninstalling a number of feature-disabled shareware packages (all costing ~$50 to register). The app lacks icon shadows, that's why I gave it a mere 2/5 for features, but at 79k, meh!
