After using WinRar (trial version) for 30 days, I began looking for a free file compression utility. I saw IZArc, ZipGenius, and then this. I read the reviews on Filzip and thought I should download this one instead of the other utilities. I've been using FilZip for about three days and I must say that the user interface isn't all fancy and decorated, but it is easy to use. The features of Filzip reflect that of any compression utility sans the "purchase me" advertisements. FilZip is extremely easy to use and you can't go wrong with its price -- free dollars -- making it a worthy tool of any freeware lover. Price: Free

Ever since I became an adult, I now have to manage my time effectively. I searched the web for free management software and found this little beauty. It was extremely easy to learn and with me being a first-timer to organizational programs, I found that user-friendliness was one of the greatest features ever. Furthermore, Chaos Manager has several other features such as skin selection, contacts listing, a notebook, and a quick link to the windows calculator. I highly recommend this program to those who are willing to start managing their time. It is a great program that is worth a try! Price: Free
