I am a former Roxio user who switched to Nero and I regret it. In my experience the Nero Vision app, which is the crucial app for most users, conflicts with many other files and required hours of adjustments and re-installation. Support for Nero is almost non-existent. Even with the full price edition, no help files are included. All help files must be downloaded, separately for each app, and even then they do not integrate directly into the program. The only free tech support is by email form, which goes unanswered for days. Telephone support is $1.29 a minute from the outset. All in all, this is not a user friendly software product.
