Use irfanview extensively 5 stars
I've used Irfanview for several years,and recommend it to everyone. I've had questions about the behavior of the program a few times, and when I write to the author, he will reply within 24 hours, sometimes less. I especially like the Thumbnails option. This is, in my opinion, the best little graphics viewer/editor out there, unless you want to buy/learn Photoshop. It's great! Price: Free
