While the free version has some limitations- only one automatic daily update, one scheduled scan, no technical support (although the forums are a good source of support), I was quite impressed by the wide variety of features. The only reason why I think that the "ease of use" doesn't get an "excellent" rating is because configuring the additional e-mail scanning plug-in's is a little complicated. Definitely worth downloading!
