If Photo Filtre were commercial software it would be a very good product and way ahead of many of its rivals. However as its freeware I'd say that makes it an excellent product.
The Photo Filtre Interface, Features and Ease of Use are all excellent. In fact I found that getting the hang of using it far easier than any of its rivals that I've tried.
