SpamAware is a simple, effective tool. Not a proxy type application, it loads directly into Microsoft Outlook Express. Once installed, there is little to do; merely click a button if it mis-identifies spam as friendly.
The product is slow compared to others, in part because it goes out to public blacklist servers as part of its checking. Overall its simplicity and accuracy make me continue using it.
