With only a very small memory footprint (188K) it allows you to configure almost any key on your keyboard to do almost any function. This is (along with WinRoll) the two first things I install on my WinXP. The interface takes some figuring out, though, and it isn't newbie stuff, but once you get i configured it works fine and has never crashed.
You just gotta have this!
