Very good for repainting flight simming textures, but the DX1/DX3 conversion has it offsetting the texture if one wants to redo an edit. After re-converting back to a 24 bit BMP, one needs to load the bmp into paint and resave for it to accept the re-converted bmp. One thing for sure though, once you learn it's odd little get-arounds, it's surprising what you can do with it. It shines the best as a resizer and gif converter with transparencies for web page use. It doesn't save a common jpg as small as paint does, resaving the "its" results from paint reduces pic size for webpages to the better. Thanks to the author for a functional picture editor that can be used for a little more than it was meant to do. Price: Free
