I read the reviews you are reading now before downloading and installing this program. One of them said that it made the Internet slower. I assumed that they were referring to the fact that the pages would load slower since the entire previous temporary Internet files were wiped from the users previous visit.
Turns out he was correct. Even though I am on dial up, there is something that is going on which makes a dramatic difference. It would be better explained as a funnel effect. After I uninstalled the program, everything did return to normal.
Its too bad because otherwise it looked liked a well though out interface that would have been easy to use.
