I bought new computer 3 weeks ago, downloaded MSAntiSpyware which has found zilch so far. Finally got around to installing Ad-aware tonight and it picked up 14 tracking cookies.
On old computer, Ad-aware picked something up almost every scan for 3 yrs. I absolutely recommend it.
