This is a relatively easy and fast program. Best of all, it actually converts PDF documents to other image formats, which I have not been able to find in other free imagers. I think this makes it significantly more useful than IRFAN, which is pretty good.
Note that the product description does not specify that Xnview converts PDF. Perhaps other free converters also have this capability but have not thought of expressly stating it.
