If you want a synchronizer, find something else, this isn't for you. If you want a file copier, this is ok software. I've used this for about 9 months now. In my case, large hard drive backups, across a network, were a chore because this program will not use the archive flag. Result wasted time re-copying all the files over and over again, even if they haven't changed. You can set a date but you would have to set it back to 1981 to get everything, should someone place an older file on the drive. You can set it to copy all since last iteration date. Result, possible lost files due to older date. When I found a true synchronizer app. I was surprised just how much CopyCat was missing. Not sure why because the evidence has been removed. I had it set to copy the entire tree with no exceptions.
