Did everything I hoped. 5 stars
One of my PST files just completely disappeared (I hadn't deleted it, something glitched on my pc). I tried two other recovery software before Pandora and neither of them could find it. Pandora found it by doing the surface scan. I later used it again to find some pictures that had been accidentally deleted on an external drive. Again, found them like a snap. It's free so you can't beat the price. It does ask on installation if you want to install the "ask.com" toolbar, but I simply unchecked the box and I appreciated that there was no sneaky installations. An excellent product Price: Free
