I have used RFA from 3.0 to 6.1. I have tried other registry tools that are more aggressive. (found more bad entries) But none were as reliable as RFA. My PC boots every time after a cleaning and/or defrag of the registry. Some experts say not to use registry cleaners at all, but RFA allows me to find things that I know are junk and get rid of them without looking for the operating system cd or other software. Plus, it has a reliable un do process or restore point. As far as tech support, it is almost instant response. I had a question about 6.1 and the tech was available on Thanksgiving. The scans and defrag take a lot of time, but they do a process of confirming their findings. Price: Free Trial ($27.95)
